Using up fresh food that is left in fridge : juice - spinach, apple, lemon, cucumber and carrots 💪🏻💪🏻
Pumpkin fritters - pumpkin, butter, xylitol icing sugar, flour ( any kind ), eggs, cinnamon, vanilla essence 🙏🏻 a little treat which is sort of healthy 🤔but very delicious.
And me in an apron - third must be lock down as I am really not a chef type at all

Time to keep healthy and make sure we take all our supplements - I am not good remembering to take mine but I am now prioritizing and especially for my daughter who has a few bone issues.
Here is what we take :
Omega by metagenics ( best quality)
Vit b 12 ( tested low)
Vit d ( once a week - also tested low)
Zyflex - a collagen supplement
Cellassure sulforaphane
DS24 multivitamin
( one supplement that maxi takes is run out - cardios - bone supplement which I can only get from Australia 🙈)
