You are invited to come celebrate International day of Yoga with me.
On 11 December 2014, the United Nations proclaimed 21 June as the International Day of Yoga, recognizing its universal appeal as a practise which in essence aims to establish balance.
We will honour this ancient practise by doing 108 Sun Salutations over a 90 minute time period.
Everyone is welcome, no experience needed.
There will be plenty of opportunity to rest in between - I promise. 😊

As the year draws to a close and I make time to reflect on my experience of 2022, one word summarises it for me: "GRATITUDE" πŸ™
I am who I am because of my interdependency on the energetic form, known as "life".
So, let me take a moment to thank the incredible human beings who choose to share their energy unconditionally: my family, my partner, my friends, my employees, my clients, my work colleagues, the every day encounters with those on my path and the ones who touch my life indirectly.
Every single relationship and encounter with all sentient beings enrich my life in a manner which words can not express.
In addition, I am left speechless when it comes to my deep and sincere appreciation of Mother Nature and the way she selflessly offers an unmatched, mind-blowing technicolour playground for us humans to experience life boundless and with abundance.
To quote Albert Einstein: 'energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another.'
Let's aim to give and receive with an open heart.🧑
Thank you for being part of my journey. 😊🌻

Come join me for this fun event to find your zen, boost your circulation with a dip in the Atlantic ocean and then seal it off with a steaming hot cuppa of your liking.

1. Acknowledge that you feel overwhelmed.
2. Remember that these feelings, emotions, sensations and thoughts will pass. They are temporary.
3. Turn your attention to your breath moving in your body.
4. Be right there at the beginning of your next inhale.
5. Exhale completely as you fully empty your lunges.
6. Gently rest in the spacious pause at the end of your exhale.
7. Complete this breath cycle and resolve to accompany the one that follows, then the one after that and so on, until you feel grounded again in the presence that is this moment.

All we have is this moment.
Be in it. 🌻😊
