Crystal healing is holistic and alternative healing method using the healing properties of crystals to re-balance and harmonise your energetic body. With life’s stress, tension, difficulties and challenges, we tend to form blocks in our energy field which can manifest into physical, emotional and mental pain. Crystal Healing releases these blocks, re-balances the chakras and allows the energy to free-flow through your body reducing stress and tension we all tend to hold onto. How will it benefit me? Releasing pain blocks in your etheric body i.e Aura (energy field around the physical body) and chakras (energy centers in the body) caused by stress, hardships or challenges the energy to free-flow through your body creating balance and harmony within. This allows the body to return to its optimum energy state and may bring a feeling of emotional calmness and peace as well as reduce both emotional and physical pain, improve focus, mental clarity and improve sleep. Why is energy clearing so important? This is fact. We are energetic beings vibrating at different levels in our body. As our bodies are 90% water, it is important we hydrate our bodies to stay physically healthy and energy works on the same principal. Just as water must free flow through your body, so must energy move freely through your body to keep our energy system operating healthy. If water left to stagnant and untreated, it will become undrinkable or contaminated resulting in physical health issues in the body. If energy is blocked, hindered or cut off, healthy issues will manifest causing emotionally, mentally and/or physically pain as described above. For a healthy functioning body, mind and soul the layers of the body must work together in balance and harmony. If one layer is out, this affects you whole body and well-being. Will I feel anything during the healing? The movement of energy in the healing can cause physical sensations in some individuals such as tingling, numbness, feeling cold or hot or pressure. This is completely normal and means the healing process is working. If you do not feel any sensation, this is also completely normal. Why chose me? I am a certified crystal healer who has worked with two well-know physics who have taught me enough to now use my gift for others. I am an intuitive conduit, strong empathy and very sensitive energy allowing me to work with my clients to their highest benefit. Tuning into the etheric realm helps me to receive messages and indentify the areas of the body that need balancing. I am instructed by your higher self and am given information to pass on that will be for your highest good. You will never be told or given information you cannot handle, your higher self ensures your healing process is tailored to your individual needs. My methods include using Dowsing and Intuition to identify the crystals that want to work with you and they will either be placed directly on the body and/or in a grid layout around you – depending on where you need releasing or balancing. I use the “hands off “mobility to work with your energy, re-balance the chakras and will pass on any messages I may receive during the process. I also provide coaching on spiritual practices to aid well-being in your life and help you cope with maintaining a healthy energy system in your life.
