Finding the Wellness Within...
Our journey started long before we were conscious of it, gentle stirrings of awareness and curiosity led us to discover the power of unity within ourselves.
What a beautiful thing to experience - we came to the realisation that by helping ourselves we help others in our community so we had to share this knowledge and assist others in finding the bliss in their own understanding of their bodies, finding love for their bodies, finding love for themselves.
As our love for bodywork expands, so does our understanding as to what humanity needs, this is a more caring and holistic approach to life. We decided to create a warm and safe space where people can come and experience just that.
