Life gave most of us a well balanced, perfectly functioning body. Unfortunately, as we grow up, we tend to damage this amazing machine with self-destructive behaviour and habits: over eating, binge drinking, smoking and a lack of exercise. I know because 3 and a half years ago I was hugely overweight and had to make the decision to change my life or jeopardise my health at the age of 34. I started to exercise on a regular basis and managed to lose 32kg. It is a challenge I live with every day, a choice that I make every day – to live a healthy life. At Transform Yourself, we help you with these challenges, understanding how hard it is to make these changes but that the rewards are worth every effort.
