Welcome to Healing Cottage

I’m Dr Tammi O’Flynn and I’ve dedicated my life to studying and exploring many paths of healing. I choose to practice the best combination of these to guide you and your family on your journey to abundant wellness, vitality and joy.

I started my training and healing journey 22 years ago (!) I now offer: Phytotherapy (herbal medicine); EFT/Tapping; Reiki; Energy Release Therapy and Pilates.

As a Mom myself, I’m passionate about raising healthy, happy children as naturally as possible. I also know how challenging parenting can be and how crucial it is for us to look after ourselves: mind, body and spirit in order to be the best, most loving parents we can be.
