People often see the work as it exists today, but not the journey that shaped it.
Integrative Coaching wasn’t created from theory alone or a linear career path. It emerged through lived experience. Through crisis, questioning, rebuilding, and a long search for clarity and purpose.
My path moved through Western psychology and Eastern practices. Through meditation, yoga psychology, and deep inner work. Over time, it became clear these weren’t separate disciplines. They were different ways of pointing to the same inner reality.
That integration is what eventually became Integrative Coaching. A practical, human approach to looking beneath old conditioning, meeting the unconscious honestly, and reconnecting with presence, purpose, and inner freedom.
This work exists because of the process that came before it. Not despite it.
I’ll be sharing more of these conversations and reflections on our new podcast, Mastery of Being, where we explore what it actually means to do this work in real life.
If this resonates, you’re welcome to explore further.
