We’re so excited to officially introduce the hearts and hands guiding this new chapter:
René Sparks - HACCSA & Soul Sync Wellness René is a public health professional, health equity activist, and healer passionate about trauma recovery, women’s empowerment, and accessible health systems. Through HACCSA and Soul Sync Wellness, she leads in advocacy, curriculum development, consulting, and holistic care — including cupping, access bars, massage, yoga, reiki and meditation.
Fachmeeda Francis (Meeda) - Acuear Wellness & Soul Sync Wellness
Meeda is an Acupuncture Detoxification Practitioner, Access Bars Practitioner and Holistic Wellness Practitioner dedicated to helping people heal from stress, trauma, addiction, and imbalance. Through Acuear Wellness and Soul Sync Wellness, she offers auricular acupuncture, ear seeds, Access Bars, and gut-mind healing workshops — with passion, empathy, and deep commitment to whole-person care.

Wellness are united to create one powerful space for healing, growth, and connection - blending medical expertise, holistic therapies, and real conversations that transform lives.
