Established in 2012, My Urban Retreat is your sanctuary in the city. We help you with all your energy healing needs using Master Reiki, Shiatsu Acupressure, Chakra & Aura Healing, Meditation & Well-being classes. Our main rooms are in Sea Point and we use other spaces for classes, workshops and retreats dotted around Cape Town and beyond. We offer well being and self development in all areas of life using holistic approaches to bring you and your life back into balance.
