Itchy, red, watery eyes? It could be allergies.

Allergic conjunctivitis is a common condition caused by pollen, dust mites, or pet dander. While it’s not usually serious, it can be uncomfortable, especially during allergy season.

Common symptoms include:
• Red or pink eyes
• Itching and watering
• Sneezing or a runny nose

What can help:
✔️ Avoid the allergy trigger where possible
✔️ Use cold compresses to soothe your eyes
✔️ Avoid rubbing your eyes (it can make symptoms worse)
✔️ Speak to your optometrist or pharmacist about suitable treatments

If symptoms persist or feel severe, professional advice is always recommended.
