Coaching isn’t about someone telling you what to do.
It’s about having a thinking partner. Someone to walk alongside you as you make sense of a challenge, decision, or transition.

Coaching tends to work best when:

1. You have something real you’re grappling with

2. You’re willing to look honestly at yourself and your patterns

3. You’re open to uncomfortable insights (with compassion)

4. You’re ready to take responsibility for the work between sessions

It’s not about quick fixes or outsourcing your decisions.
It is about courage, curiosity, and commitment.

If you’d like to explore coaching, I would love to connect with you.

Mindfulness doesn’t require long meditations or perfect stillness.

Sometimes it looks like:
• Pausing before replying to an email
• Noticing tension in your shoulders
• Asking, “What am I feeling about this decision underneath the logic?”
• Acknowledging that you’re tired, and letting that matter

One intentional pause a day can begin to change how safe it feels to listen to yourself.

And safety is essential for trust.

This past weekend I had the privilege of completing BrainWorking® Recursive Therapy SA Level 1 training and I’m still integrating what it unlocked for me, both personally and professionally.
There are certain experiences that expand you. This was one of them.

BWRT works with the brain’s natural processing patterns, the split-second responses that often drive reactions before we’re consciously aware of them.

What struck me most is how action-oriented the approach is while still being deeply respectful of each individual’s autonomy and inner wisdom. It doesn’t require reliving painful stories in detail. Instead, it helps interrupt and shift unhelpful patterns in a structured, safe way.

As someone who believes strongly in helping people develop self-trust and access their own solutions, BWRT aligns beautifully with my philosophy.
For the working professionals I support, those navigating anxiety, imposter syndrome, career transitions, burnout, or persistent self-doubt, this feels like an incredibly valuable addition to my toolbox.

It was both a personal and professional reminder that change doesn’t have to take years. Sometimes it starts with one powerful, well-guided shift.

A sincere thank you to Rafiq Lockhat and fellow participants for holding such a thoughtful and expansive learning space.

I’m looking forward to thoughtfully integrating this approach into my practice in the months ahead.

If you’re curious about how this might support you, feel free to reach out.

Self-trust doesn’t arrive through certainty or bold action.

It’s built through small moments of noticing:
• What consistently drains you
• What brings a sense of ease
• What your body is holding
• What keeps repeating itself

Over time, these observations become data.
And that data becomes the foundation of trust.

Nothing dramatic. Just honest listening.

Imposter Syndrome is not a personal failing or a lack of confidence; it’s often a natural response to growth, change, and high inner standards.
In my free webinar, we’ll explore Imposter Syndrome through a compassionate, psychologically informed lens. We’ll look at why these feelings arise, how they connect to identity, values, and self-trust, and what it means to work with them gently and practically, rather than trying to silence them.

This session will be reflective, grounding, and practical, offering space to deepen self-understanding and leave with tools you can apply in your work and life.

You don’t need a complete career overhaul.
You might just need space to listen.

The Career Kickstart is a 7-day guided eBook for moments when you feel a little disconnected, uncertain, or quietly questioning what’s next.

Across seven reflective days, you’ll be supported to:
• Make sense of where you’ve been
• Reconnect with what energises and matters to you
• Take your next steps from a place of clarity, not pressure

This isn’t about pushing forward.
It’s about pausing long enough to trust yourself again.

This year, one theme keeps returning, quietly, persistently. Self-trust.

It’s showing up in my own reflections, and again and again in conversations with clients:
- How do I know what the right decision is?
- How do I stop doubting myself?
- How do I feel steadier in who I am and where I’m going?

Over the next few months, I’ll be exploring self-trust, not as something “figured out,” but as something practised, built slowly, and returned to with care.

We start with the foundation: learning to listen to yourself.

Over the next few months, I’ll be exploring self-trust , not as something I’ve figured out, but as something I’m actively practicing, returning to, and deepening.

I see self-trust as something built slowly, relationally, and with care.
And in this month’s newsletter, I begin with the first pillar: mindfulness.

It’s an invitation to slow down, listen inwardly, and start building trust through attention rather than certainty.

If this resonates, I’d love for you to read along.

As I look ahead to 2026, I’m opening my diary for one-to-one coaching, corporate talks and facilitated conversations.
If you’d like a thoughtful place to reflect, recalibrate and move forward with clarity, I’d love to work together.

I also have an eBook available for those who’d like to begin the reflection process in their own time.

Before rushing into resolutions, try this instead - a gentle inventory.

Ask yourself:

What parts of last year felt good for me?

What supported my wellbeing and sense of purpose?

What do I want to keep, even if it’s small?

Not everything needs fixing.

Some things simply need to be acknowledged and carried forward.

Awareness is often more powerful than ambition.

There’s a quiet myth that January is for reinvention.

New habits. New goals. A new version of yourself.

But what if growth this year is about continuing, not changing?

- Continuing the routines that steadied you.
- The relationships that held you.
- The choices that brought a sense of alignment - even if they were imperfect.

You don’t need to transform everything.
You don’t even need a plan.

Sometimes the most grounded way forward is to keep what’s already working.
