Our Mission is to promote a Healthy and Active Lifestyle in the local community. We believe many of our health challenges can be solved by sound nutrition and exercise. A Life-Changing Lifestyle Program consists of 4 components:
1. Nutrition

Our lifestyle focus is 20% exercise and 80% nutrition. Clients following a program as prescribed for them will achieve and maintain their fitness goals.

Hi all, I just wanted to share this coarse that will be run from cobrafit lifestyle centre for 6 weeks from Wed 3rd Feb at 19hoo. it's a Christian based course run by pastor Francois Krynauw. if you know of anybody struggling along the journey of life pls share with them! We will be taking part in the Fitness Festival being held at Longbeach Mall this Saturday, 18 October

We will be having a CobraFit demonstration at 10:00-10:30am of our proprietary workout. You can come and watch or participate and try this unique and addictive form of exercise that cater for all fitness levels and strengths.

So come to the mall on Saturday and say hi. Bring friends, family, neighbours and kids :)

Here's an image of a very smart girl's school science project to show the amount of hidden sugars in various drinks. If only all of our kids knew that high sugar intake is a contributing factor to weight gain and a host of health issues such as heart disease and diabetes. Sure hope she got an A – she deserves it!

Don't forget your weights, your mat and your towel tonight as we continue our journey to fitness. Tonight we will be working on our scaffolding (spine and pelvis stabilization) - this will entail a lot of ground work so bring an extra thick towel - looking forward to seeing you later :) Craig
