sorry.... on The Tree of Life Yoga Studio there is a mistake Yoga and Pilates....there is No Pilates.......we have to fix that !

My decision....no matter what happens, I will create no more pain for myself....I will create no more problems.

Ask yourself....Is there joy,ease and lightness in what I am doing?
If there isn't, time (past,future ) is covering up the present moment,and life is a burden or a struggle.
If there is no joy,ease, it does not necessarely mean that you need to change what you are doing.It may be sufficient to change the "HOW"it is more important then the "WHAT" give more attention to the doing then to the result that you want to achieve through it .
Give your total attention to what ever the moment presents...in that way you completely accept what is !
