To give and receive.
To react to things said and done that cause us hurt or to breathe and then respond in love.
What choices are you making?
If they are not life giving then change it.

Despite our tough journey this year filled with shattered dreams, an accumulation of losses and disappointments we look to Christmas, a reminder of peace, joy and love.
May it remind us that God has got this!
