I DID it I lost 37kg / 81.5lb over 3 years and 48cm / 19in in waistline . No formal diet or diet pills / supplements with very little exercise.

I only did this because so many friends and family members started asking me to do it. They reckon I have achieved something special and that there are many other people out there that have the same struggles as I have had. People that hates being on a diet as much as I do. Seeing that this was not a diet I followed, I found it pretty easy to lose so much weight, and you will too once you go through the training material.I am not a medical professional or dietary expert. Neither am a scientist and everything that I share with you in this course is based on my personal experiences, and me experimenting on myself.
