Recovery from addiction doesn't have to be scary.

I have experience in addiction and recovery from drugs and alcohol. I have been in recovery for long enough to know that it is possible.

I am a registered drug and alcohol counsellor and recovery coach and would like to help addicts to be recovered from this deadly illness.

Shame is the underlying feeling for those gripped by the disease of addiction. Moving from shame to guilt is the first step to arresting this disease.

Admitting that there is a problem is realizing that those bad decisions are exactly that and that we don't have to live in shame any more. Shame dies on exposure and forgiving ourselves is about realizing that we are not bad and that we deserve to live life.

Love yourself and reach out for help and let's believe that there is more to life than using drugs and alcohol.

Addiction can be debilitating and heart breaking for both addict and their friends and family.

Hey beautiful people. I decided that I would start posting again after a long time due to extenuating circumstances.

I have finally finished my certification process and will be receiving my ACC certificate from ICF.

It has been a long process but success is finally here.

When I started this process I never thought I would be here in this moment.

The hard work has paid off, so now I will be starting my next phase of life creating my practice. Thank you to all those of you that supported me through this I am so very grateful to you all.
