i have moved! and am embracing the change and the new beginning!

i have found a beautiful, calm and safe home at Foundations for Life in Plumstead.

i am currently seeing clients face to face on a Tuesday and Wednesday.

i am a Registered Specialist Wellness Counsellor and still taking on new clients - from adolescents to adults, individual, couples and families - for therapeutic work around addiction, integration from treatment centres to creating a life in sobriety, trauma, self-defeating behaviours, mental health issues and comorbidities, abuse, relationship struggles and personal development.

i will be taking my annual leave from Wednesday, 22 December, 2020 and resume counselling on Tuesday, 12 January, 2021.

my existing clients are aware that i am offering limited sessions online on Tuesday, 5 January, 2021. please Whatsapp me and i will try to accommodate you.

both new and existing clients, please email or message your needs around recommencing sessions next year so that I can create a space for you.

i will continue conducting online sessions exclusively next year until I feel face to face contact does not pose a significant health risk.
