Happy birthday Chiropractic

On this day in 1845, Daniel David (D.D.) Palmer was born. D.D., also known as The Discoverer of Chiropractic and The Founder of the Chiropractic profession, performed the first chiropractic adjustment in 1895 in Davenport, Iowa.

On this day in 1882, Barlett Joshua (B.J.) Palmer, D.C., was born. Known as The Developer of Chiropractic, B.J. is remembered for developing chiropractic X-ray techniques, pioneering research projects, his humorous and pointed epigrams about chiropractic and life, and running the Palmer School of Chiropractic until his death in 1961.
