15-minute lie-down.

Dressed in black, we will honour the lives of the 15 women murdered every single day.

This is a moment of unity, grief, and collective power to say "Enough Is Enough."

And above all, it is a peaceful action.
No violence. No confrontation.

October reminds us that women’s health is not one-dimensional.

From breast awareness to bone strength, from immunity to everyday prevention, true care means looking at the whole woman. My mission as a gynaecologic oncologist is not only to treat, but to empower women with knowledge and practices that elevate their health in every season of life.
