📢 We’re Hiring: Admin Clerk (Debt Collection & Medical Aids)
A busy, well-established optometric practice in Cape Town is looking for a reliable and efficient Admin Clerk to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing debtors’ accounts and following up on outstanding payments
• Processing and reconciling medical aid claims
• General office and clerical duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Assisting patients with account queries in a professional, empathetic manner
Requirements:
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication (written & verbal)
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Previous experience with debtors and/or medical aid administration (advantageous)
• Computer literate and comfortable with practice management systems
