What a great way to start the year with a new Usui Reiki Course - starting with the First Degree on Saturday 17 January 2025 in Hout Bay.

Learn learn this form of hands-on therapy that is non-invasive, gentle, yet powerful, and it is applied to a fully-clothed body. Usui Reiki helps to eliminate toxins, restore energy balance by reducing stress and restoring healthy sleep patterns and mental activity.

Reiki can be used on all living beings - yes .... plants, animals and humans!

Level 1 offers you an introduction to this energy healing method, giving you the basic tools to treat yourself. Learn about chakras, how energy moves through the body and learn to feel the presence of energy around you. This course will enable you to do self-healing and healing loved ones.
