A 3-hour masterclass to SHIFT your body’s frequency from Spring to Summer.

This practice is for anybody wanting to generate electricity in your cells, build capacity and resilience, to enjoy the light and vibrancy that our summer here in Cape Town brings.

Expect a curated practice that links breath to movement in short and challenging sequences. These help to ‘jump start’ our cells by increasing oxygen uptake from the abundant supply of energy or prana in the air we breathe. Joyful and challenging in equal measure.

Wrapped up with a 30min yoga nidra meditation to settle the charge of our cellular batteries and imprint the warmth of the summer light into our frequency body.
