Our Story

We freshly bake and hand make the BEST LOW CARB & KETO bread on the market! Only made from nuts & seeds!

Starting from nothing in March 2016, we slowly built our product range and brand, doing as many local markets as possible and occasional large food events like Good Food & Wine Show!

Four years down the road, we now have our own shop in Gordon’s Bay (with so much more than just our delicious bread range!), employ 7 people and have over 9000 likes on Facebook! We still do some markets and also supply many retail outlets, restaurants plus we deliver to private clients anywhere in South Africa!

It is an adventure that has had many ups and just as many downs but we will never stop doing our best to provide innovative, healthy and high quality products!
