I have managed to finally set up a fund account here in UAE and all funds raised I will be donating to a kids hospital here in UAE this will be in honor of you sister 28th birthday coming up now on 20 October.
Guys as you know my sister suffered from a very rare cancer and there is no known cure or specific treatment. But my wish is for clinical trials to begin.
Let’s hope we can fight the battle of ATRT cancer together.
I will be posting updates now regular and will send Info of the fund account should anyone wish to donate.

Hey All

I am thinking of ways to raise some funds to send to a medical institute for the first clinical trial.

any Idea on what I can do. I live in the UAE so maybe I can do a roadtrip vibe from UAE to Oman and Jordan and document my journey everyday while raising some money???

any suggestions what else I can do?

Hi Everyone
As many of you Know my little sister Bettina Passed away from a rare form of cancer in June 2014. Her cancer was immediately diagnosed as terminal.
Her last wish was for my mother and I to start a foundation in her honor and to help kids with rare tumours and to educate the public on terminal cancer.
She was diagnosed with Atypical Teratoid/ Rhabdoid Tumor in her spine making her one of around 40 adults with this specific tumor as it is only known to occur in young kids. My hope is to find research to a possible form of treatment and to make the public aware of this type of cancer.
We have only just the received the certificate to start our non profit organization.
In the future i hope to plan events to raise awareness of ATRT. we have many things planned for the future for this foundation please stay tuned.
I hope that you all regularly follow this page and please assist me with events and donations.
Bettina was a beautiful soul and I hope her memory lives on through this foundation.
