Increasing Wellness is the ability to maintain a healthy quality of life that allows us to get through our daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress. The ability to recognise our behaviours has a significant impact on our wellness and adopting healthy habits. Increasing Wellness is much more than merely physical health, exercise or nutrition. It is the full integration of states of beauty, physical, mental and emotional well-being. Each of these dimensions act and interact in a way that contributes to our own Quality of Life

Directed Alignment Technique (DAT) is one of our modalities. Directed Alignment Technique (DAT) is a gentle neural release method used to relieve aches and pains, as well as to enhance and improve general health and well-being. The primary focus of DAT is to improve the functioning of one's nervous system. Increasing Wellness addresses the following:
