Getting fat during the lockdown? Strange days require innovative new ways🤔. Get a non chemical alternative sugar..like Stevia or xylitol. Convince yourself that acquiring a taste for it is only one of the benefits of these strange times. Watch the weight slowly reduce and start taking extra vit c and digestive enzymes...of course Don't eat bread...do your best version of the Banting...a protein plus a heap of veg or salad and avocado...and get a good herbal nightcap. Senna to avoid constipation if necessary. Valerian if you're awake all night....

I know that onions are not weeds...but let's look at all our herbs veg weeds etc. Did you know that onions increase home density by 15percent? So....when one considers the typical cape cuisine. ..every stew is made with braised onions. ..makes you wonder. We have high incidence of diabetes. ..slightly lower levels of arthritis. .

Not to disappoint. ..the most needed W**d. ..Cannabis. no need to explain. .now if you need to sleep...and the cannabis is helping but now you're happier more relaxed but still awake. ...Valerian Chamomile and Passion Flower Tea tastes great and sends you to dream land fast 😴😴😇let me know if you need some😎

For those of us (which I'm sure is many) who have eyes and imaginations bigger than our digestive systems can handle ...... I would be a bloated whale by now if not for this magical herb..... today's pharmaceutical laxatives tend to strip the gut of all the essential bacterial colonies and further put the system undder stress.
I do however recommend one cup a day only (before bed) ..... works wonders!

AWESOME article on Mugwort, also known as Wormwood (well part of the same species)... one of my all-time favourite herbs. Also a mild sedative (hence why they use it in the production of absynth)....also the second-most bitter herb known to man! What a natural miracle .... relly is Popey's secret ingredient - so bitter it sends shivers down your spine - not for the feint hearted! But will bestow on you gifts of increased chi while harmonizing the body's major assimilation-tanks - kidneys, spleen and liver.
