As the year gently draws to a close, I find myself pausing with deep gratitude for all that 2025 has held. It has been a year of stories shared, images created, inner voices honoured, and meaningful moments of connection around the SoulCollage® table. Each card made, each insight spoken, and each silence held has reminded me why this work matters so deeply.

Thank you for showing up with curiosity, courage, tenderness, and trust. Whether you joined a workshop, a training, a quiet personal practice, or simply carried SoulCollage® in your heart this year, your presence has shaped this community in ways both seen and unseen. It has truly been a joy to walk alongside you.

As we step into the festive season, may you find time to rest, reflect, and listen gently to what your soul is whispering now. I look forward with excitement and hope to 2026, to new facilitators, new journeys, and a continued deepening of this soulful practice we share.

I've recently had the joy of hosting a private SoulCollage® workshop for a wonderful group of Occupational Therapists. What an inspiring day it was!
