• If no wound is visible
• Remove the shoe.
• Spray TR3 to soak the sock directly & on the sprained area.
• Spray a second sock or outer layer for deeper absorption.
• Wait 10 minutes before moving - repeat as needed.
Instructions:
Blister Relief While Walking or Hiking
• Spray TR3 directly onto the blister.
• Soak a small piece of cotton wool with TR3 & place it over the blister.
Cover with a plaster or bandage.
