Hypnotherapy provides amazingly quick results. Clients seldom need more than 3 sessions to resolve an issue, although this can vary. Hypnosis is a totally natural state of mind. We unknowingly slip into and out of trance on a daily basis (eg. When daydreaming, or when driving your car and arriving at your destination, not remembering having driven there).
