Do you have a BESTIE? That one person that “makes your day” without even trying? I would like to tell you about one of my besties, her story, the cards she was dealt with in this lifetime, and how she manages like a definitive QUEEN.

Meet Claire. For as long as I have known Claire, she has struggled with LYMPH OEDEMA. Say what now? A surprising number of people are only aware of what Lymph Oedema entails by the time it reaches the catastrophic “ELEPHANTITIS” stage.

Let’s dial it back a notch… Left untreated, this “Boa Constrictor” of disease could very well turn into a literally massive disorder known as Elephantits. What causes the body to swell to such heights? You see, Lymph Oedema starts as a malfunctioning of the victim’s lymph nodes in the body.

To illustrate, faulty lymph nodes – instead of catching and redirecting the flow of toxic CBS (cerebrospinal fluid) and draining the body of this toxic gunk – causes a blockage of that lymph which is incredibly painful and unattractive. Patients are therefore obliged to find ways and means to alleviate this painful congestion.

Lymph drainage massage is one option. It is somewhat effective but is also extremely painful and left my friend exhausted and only able to climb into bed for the rest of the day and night.

"Most people – myself included – don’t initially know what on EARTH Ozone Sauna Therapy is… and no I am not referring to the protective canopy that envelops our planet.

Let me start at the beginning. My name is Kelli. About seven years ago my body started to seize upon our annual December holiday. I was unable to wakeboard and this was pretty huge for me as I had been wakeboarding successfully for years, I felt a complete loss of power and energy. Upon return to Cape Town, my doctor sent me for an MRI scan. The results? Devastating. For I, at the tender age of 29 had Multiple Sclerosis.
