As a holistic practitioner I work with the mind AND body. I specialise in personal and/ professional work life balance � I am a qualified holistic practitioner working in Cape Town and offer various counseling, corporate wellness and transformational coaching modalities online. Coming from years of working in corporate and running a successful agency, I have acknowledged my soul purpose work within the space and within self. Acknowledging the inner work that is needed in order to succeed and be the prime version of yourself. One that’s been hidden and needs the attention to come to life. I work with clients who are looking for stress and anxiety relief, relationship / heart work, family issues working through past and present, manifesting goals into reality along with your mind, body and spirit. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well being. Reiki is not a religion, it is metaphysical healing with your body and energy releasing any negative blocks that hold you back from being the best version of yourself. Your mind is your greatest tool in your toolbox called life. I work with you ensuring all is in balance and manifesting abundance into your daily life. YOU are your greatest asset and we all have work to do. My role is the easy part. The rest is up to you but oh, is it a beautiful , goal achieving , self alignment journey and I'm here to assist every step of the way! I offer the following:
