Recovery is part of fitness.
I’ve started adding steam sessions into my routine and it’s such a beautiful shift for me.
For years I thought wellness meant pushing, sweating & doing more but in this season of my life I’m learning that my body also needs warmth, stillness, deep breathing & nervous system calmness.
Steam helps me relax tight muscles, breathe more deeply and slow down in a world that constantly tells us to speed up.
Wellness isn’t only workouts. Sometimes it’s sitting in the heat & letting my body soften.
