Creatine is often boxed into “fitness” or “muscle,” but this conversation opened my eyes to how foundational it actually is for daily energy & mental resilience - even on days you 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞!
