Strong for life.
When I trained to lift 95 kg in the gym, I didn’t know I was also training for the 30 kg deadweight I’d carry fully-asleep to go and make a wee.
For me now, strength isn’t about mirrors or medals. It’s about moments like these. I feel capable and confident.
Being able to move, lift, carry, play, help…. without pain and without hesitation.
This is why we train.
