Falling forward into 2026.
Filled to the brim with gratitude and thankfulness for what 2025 was—and what it had to be.
For me, it was an extremely human experience. One I don’t think I’ll ever fully make sense of.
And I know I speak for many of you.
2025 forced me to stop.
To cocoon.
And then… to rise again.
When I speak about falling forward into 2026, I don’t mean face-planting the ground the minute the clock strikes twelve.
I mean this year, you get to take a new leap of faith.
Rediscover the sky.
And the things around you.
Allow yourself to make mistakes.
Learn how to re-parent yourself—gently.
I urge you, and I encourage you, to do new things this year.
Things that excite your bones.
Hike the mountain.
Swim in the sea.
Play in the mud.
Bake the cake and make a mess while doing it.
Leave the kitchen sink full of dishes.
Lick the bowl clean.
I want to encourage leaving perfectionism in 2025.
It is such an exhausting trait to carry—and to have carrying you.
How do we let go of perfectionism?
Re-parent yourself 😉♥️
I know it’s not that simple… but it is achievable.
Reconnect with your inner child, and fall forward knowing your hands will always catch the fall.
Trust in your ability to be human.
Remove yourself from people, places, and things that don’t make you feel yellow.
Purge—and do it often.
It makes space for the new and the refreshing.
Stop serving the unservable.
Reaching for yourself is where the healing happens.
The moment you take yourself into consideration, something shifts in the air.
Fall forward.
You can do it.
Holding you through it all.
