Coral Healing

Coral Healing Pranic Healing and Dorn Method treatments by Coral I am Coral and I love healing! I have been practicing Pranic Healing since 2009 with incredible results.

For as long as I can remember I have been drawn to helping others adopt a more holistic approach to health and wellness. I have completed various workshops and courses, most notably the Dorn Method and Pranic Healing. After years of exploration and learning that focused mainly on alternative healing modalities and the esoteric, I took the plunge and left the film industry to do what makes me genuinely happy. I completed my first Dorn Method course with Anna-Maria Hagen in October 2015 and fell instantly in love with this modality. Together with the Breuss Massage, the Dorn Method is a gentle, yet extremely effective way to treat physical misalignments, while at the same time connecting body and mind. Pranic Healing offers a similarly gentle approach to healing the body and the mind. Utilising Prana or Chi, this ancient science accelerates the body’s ability to heal itself. I will soon be adding Traditional Thai Massage to my reportoire, which is based on working with the energy flow in the major channels. This relieves blockages and imbalances in the energy lines or meridians as well as relieving muscle tension assisting the body to heal itself. Using intuition combined with the above modalities it is my intention to support all my clients in finding balance, harmony and all round self healing in their lives.

THOUGHT FOR TODAY: 10 Facts Every Woman Should Know~~
1. Everyone has rolls when they bend over.

2. When someone tells you that you're beautiful, believe them. They aren't lying.

3. Sometimes we all wake up with breath that could kill a goat.

4. For every woman unhappy with her stretch marks is another woman who wishes she had them.

5. You should definitely have more confidence. And if you saw yourself the way others see you, you would.

6. Don't look for a man to save you. Be able to save yourself.

7. It's okay to not love every part of your body....but you should.

8. We all have that one friend who seems to have it all together. That woman with the seemingly perfect life. Well, you might be that woman to someone else.

9. You should be a priority. Not an option, a last resort, or a backup plan.

10. You're a woman. That alone makes you pretty damn remarkable.~

How much pressure are you putting on yourself right now? To perform? To be patient? To be productive?

There are probably days when it feels like all you're confronted with is how well other people are coping with lockdown. Look at all those veggie gardens and sewing projects. Look at the DIY projects people are taking on and completing and is that Karin getting fit?

The problem isn't what you're not doing. The problem is how you're thinking about it and, as a result, how you're forcing yourself to feel about it. Life was never a competition and nor is lockdown. Of course it would be wonderful to learn a new skill or complete a project during lockdown. It would be just as wonderful to learn to regulate your thoughts and feelings in a pressurised situation.

Comparison is the thief of joy and I don't think that's ever been more true than right now. This is a time to figure out what is right for you. It's a time to figure out what is screaming from your soul for you to pay attention to. It's definitely not the time to take up yoga because Karin is going to be fitter than you by the time lockdown is done.

We forget to take a step back when we're busy comparing ourselves to others. We forget that sometimes their busy-ness is a trauma response. We forget that each one of us in on our own journey and that it's not just okay but essential that our paths are different.

My message to you is this... if you truly want to clean out a closet, take on a DIY project or get fit, then do it. Do it because it's right for you or it makes you happy or it helps you cope with the isolation. Don't do it because someone has told you that you're a failure if you don't come out of lockdown with an achievement under your belt.

Be kind to yourself. You're under enough pressure without adding to it. Give yourself a break and don't beat yourself up because the fridge light is giving you a weird tan. Most of all though, take a deep breath and listen to your soul. Your soul knows the way and your way is different to everyone else's. Take some time to just be. You'll survive and everything else will fall into place. It always does. That's just the way of the Universe.

Wesak. The full moon of Ta**us. The most powerful full moon of the year.

Join us at the Institute for Inner Studies for a special video and meditation with Master Choa Kok Sui on 7th May 2020 on the occasion of the Wesak Festival.

Master Choa Kok Sui said that the preparation for meditation is as important as the meditation itself. So let's continue with our inner reflections, purifications and spiritual practices to get ready for the spiritual downpour of the Wesak Full Moon.

We hope you're staying home, staying safe.
May the blessings of the Great Great Ones be with us all.
