The past few weeks I've experienced quite a chaotic time (on the inside) - which made me very aware of things I am unconsciously holding unto, emotional charge within that are stagnant and needed to move, and shadow aspects within me, mirrored from those around me.

We don’t daydream anymore.
When was the last time you daydreamed?
When was the last time you just sat and your mind wandered to another place and time while your body was in this moment, and the experience made you smile because you were busy dreaming of one of your dreams, one of your creations…

We don’t daydream anymore because our screens and phones have replaced daydreaming…

I remember a time when I daydreamed daily, about everything I would love to do and be one day. Funny thing is, I am living most of that now, although I forgot I dreamt it into reality…

We are busy creating struggle, repeated patterns, stagnation, and all kinds of s**t because we have lost daydreaming. Because daydreaming has been replaced by phone screens and doom scrolling…

Daydreaming is healing, daydreaming is creation, daydreaming is how we remember our connections, our love, our dreams, our power, our life, our essence, our joy, our stillness 🤍

Let’s bring daydreaming back!!!

The quantum field — the infinite sea of energy and potential that surrounds and permeates all things — responds not to thought alone, but to vibration and resonance as well.

When we raise our vibration into coherence with frequencies like that of the Rose, we essentially “tune in” to a more refined bandwidth of the quantum field. In this state, synchronicities increase, intuitive insights flow more freely, and we become more aligned with our soul’s path.

Not only that, but the Rose consciousness in itself forms a morphogenetic field or grid of information around our planet, and holds ancient wisdom and consciousness. By raising our vibration and working with the frequency of the Rose, we also tap into this field of wisdom.

We're in the energy of beginnings - gene key 53. This key holds the creative impulse of beginnings – the seed energy of evolution.

The shadow of Immaturity shows up as restlessness, premature action, or ungrounded growth – jumping ahead without roots. But when transmuted, it becomes Expansion: organic, step-by-step development with patience and purpose. Eventually, it opens into Superabundance – a state of overflowing creative life where all things blossom in their perfect time.

We’re moving into the transit of the Still Mountain, gene key 52. This one is inviting us into stillness, reflection and introspection. Below is a ritual to work with this gene key.

The physiology of gene key 52 is the perineum, so very much our foundation in our bodies.

It’s known in the I-Ching as Keeping Still and speaks to our ability to maintain stillness in the midst of a chaotic world. It’s Mountain striving upwards (yang) over Mountain reaching below (yin).

By keeping still, anchoring downwards, yet reaching upwards and staying in the present (stillness) we can receive the clarity and perspective we need. It’s a foundational key, so it also speaks to stillness being a foundational aspect for our healing.

The path of gene key 52 moves from the shadow of stress to the siddhi of stillness through the pathway of the gift of restraint.

This gene key activates my conscious Moon placement, I am also a Cancer Moon and tomorrow is new moon, and I am on my Moon…, so feeling this one quite deeply 🌙

Here is a Gene Key 52 ritual 🌀🌄

1. Earthing your nervous system:
> stand in mountain pose with bare feet touching earth, soil, grass
> inhale deeply and say “I am safe.”
> exhale slowly and say: “I release urgency.”
Repeat for 3-5 minutes while visualising your stress moving downwards into the earth.

2. Journal release:
> What am I reacting to today? Is this stress coming from within me or external pressure?
> What would stillness say to this moment?
Allow what comes up to guide you into deeper awareness of what’s present now with regards to stress or chaos.

3. Anointing pause:
> put a drop of essential oil (cedarwood, frankincense, patchouli, myrrh and sandalwood are grounding oils) on your crown and on your palms, inhale and say: “I slow down to hear life’s whisper. I ground my energy into presence.”
