USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Please note that Starry Nights should not be used Topically or Orally. This Blend is specifically designed as an inhalent blend.
Safe from 6 months old.
On a Tissue/Cotton pad or Dudu Buddy
Add 2 to 3 drops to a tissue or cotton pad and place inside child's pillowcase or next to head, out of the child’s reach to inhale throughout the night or add 4-5 drops on dudu buddy insert.
In bath water
Add 4 to 5 drops into bath water before bedtime and allow child to breathe in vapours.
In a Diffuser/Humidifier
Add 4 to 5 drops in your Diffuser or Humidifier and allow child to breathe in vapours. Or leave in a well ventilated room, out of the child’s reach, to inhale the vapours.
