Today marks a very special day for Louw2High Wellness....

On this day, 1 year ago I took the leap of faith to start my own company.

It was one of the scariest decison I've ever had to make, and there have been many stressful moments, but honestly its been the most rewarding professional experience...

From asking family to help build/refurbish equipment, and working inside my spare room- to building my own practice- this year was far more incredible than I could have ever dreamed.

I am extremely blessed to do what I love, and I look forward to what the future holds.

Here are some of the small highlights of my practice becoming what it is today. Still much to do, and I'm extremely excited to keep building my business up...
