We don’t prefer saline removal because it works by reopening the skin and relying on the body to push pigment out through a wound. This makes results unpredictable and increases the risk of prolonged healing, scarring, and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, especially in darker skin types. Clients often experience more discomfort and visible downtime, with results that can be patchy and inconsistent.
