We are excited and preparing for our little one’s arrival
I will be taking some time away from the practice to adjust, nurture, and love this baby, new family dynamic and body of mine

As a result, I will be on maternity leave until August/September, but as always, looking forward to the new client journeys upon my return

10/10/23 - Mental Health Awareness Day

I had the privilege of taking a break a couple of weeks ago. Completely switched off, essentially did a social media cleanse and a “device” break.

This made me soak up the calm and be more present in the moment.
It was made clear to me again, how important mental health and taking time for yourself truly is.

We neglect to do these self check-ins. These could be short or maybe even longer reflections - as long as you do it.

🤍Share - about yourself, your needs, your joy’s, your emotions
🤍Give a bit of yourself - within boundaries you’ve set
🤍Sometimes say NO - set your boundaries and remember to not give more than your capacity. Burn-out can occur if we just keep giving without giving back to ourselves.
