☕ Lana-Style High-Protein Tiramisù (No Bake)
Because fat loss doesn’t mean giving up dessert 😌
This Lana-style tiramisù is high in protein, creamy, and macro-friendly — and made straight in the tub.
INGREDIENTS:
1 tub (250g) smooth cottage cheese
4 sugar-free Gullón Fibre Biscuits
1½ tsp instant coffee mixed with 50ml hot water
(or 1 shot of espresso)
4 Canderel Stevia (or sweetener of choice)
1–2 tsp cocoa powder, for dusting
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the sweetener to the cottage cheese directly in the tub and mix until smooth and creamy.
Quickly dip the biscuits into the coffee mixture (don’t soak them).
Place the biscuits diagonally into the cottage cheese, leaving space between each one.
Spoon a little extra coffee mixture over the top.
Lightly dust with cocoa powder.
Refrigerate for 4–6 hours (overnight is best).
Grab a spoon and enjoy ☕🤍

🍋 Lana-Style High-Protein “Japanese” Cheesecake (No Bake)
You know I had to recreate the viral Japanese cheesecake… Lana style 😏
High in protein, fat-loss friendly, and so easy — no baking, no drama.
INGREDIENTS:
1 tub (250g) smooth cottage cheese
4 sugar-free Gullón Fibre Biscuits
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tbsp lemon zest
4 Canderel Stevia (or sweetener of choice)
A handful of blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS :
Add the sweetener, lemon juice, and lemon zest straight into the cottage cheese tub.
Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Gently push the biscuits into the mixture diagonally, leaving space between them (don’t crush them).
Microwave the blueberries for 2 minutes until they release their juices and form a quick blueberry compote.
Spoon the blueberry compote over the top.
Refrigerate for 4–6 hours (overnight is best).
Grab a spoon… and enjoy 😍

This January, here’s what I want you to remember.
You do not need a new diet.
You do not need to be harder on yourself.
You just need to come back to the 6 W’s — the foundations that create real, lasting change.
These are the habits that hold you when motivation drops.
1️⃣ Your WHY
This is the reason you started.
Not a number on the scale — but how you want to feel in your body, in your clothes, and in your life.
When you feel tired, bloated, emotional or discouraged, this is what brings you back.
2️⃣ Your WILLPOWER (your mindset)
This isn’t about being strict.
It’s about how you speak to yourself when things don’t go perfectly.
One off-plan moment does not mean you’ve failed.
It means you pause, breathe, and keep going.
That’s how confidence is built.
3️⃣ Your WALK
Walking is not “just exercise.”
It lowers stress, balances blood sugar, and tells your body it’s safe to release weight.
A simple walk can literally turn a bad day around — mentally and physically.
4️⃣ Your WATER
So many cravings are really just dehydration and exhaustion.
Water supports digestion, energy, and appetite control.
Drink before you snack. Always.
5️⃣ Your WHOLE FOODS
Real food is how we break the binge–guilt cycle.
Not restriction. Not punishment.

Sleep and rest lower cortisol and reduce late-night emotional eating.
Rest is not optional — it’s part of the plan.

Welcome to Januworry — where time means nothing, half the country is “working,” debit orders are fighting for their lives, and trifle has somehow become a food group.
