What a year...
With extremes in highs and lows.
Much like this patients journey, started off full of hope and excitement.
But like we all experienced, this year soon turned into something none of us could forsee.

With the promise of flashy TV advertisements, and same day procedure, she went ahead with the treatment.
Unfortunately it all went wrong, ending up with crowns that discolored with certain foods and drink, and losing some of her teeth. After her disappointing and failed result, she consulted one of our clients for help.

Just like this year, she was filled with uncertainty and mistrust.
Her case touched us deeply, and after hearing her story we were very pleased to be part of restoring her trust and happiness.

I'm happy to say, that we are blessed with clients that have a high level of integrity, and strive to provide their patients with the best care possible.
We are grateful to be part of such a team.
To them, thank you for the support during this difficult year.
Let's all hope and trust that the year ahead would be a good one.
