Meet the team!

Lelani Oberholster (Botha)

I am the practice owner since Sept 2017 when I opened my own practice in Rooihuiskraal Virgin Active. Get to know me a bit better! 🙂

1 - Where did I grow up? I am originally from Brandfort, a very small town close to Bloemfontein in the Free State. I was raised there and matriculated from High School Staats President Swart.

2 - Why Biokinetics? At the age of 13 I was tested at a Bio for injury prevention as a high jump athlete. Ever since that day, I knew that wanted to become a Bio and that has never changed. I love sport and helping people to improve their well being. Being a Bio has granted me the opportunity to help people on a daily basis through movement and training (that I love so much!).

3 - What is my favorite sport? I was a high jumper and netball player all through school. I have also competed in most of the track and field sports and did cross country. At Varsity level I continued to play netball. In general I like to gym and every now and then do a Warrior Race with my husband and friends.

4 - More about my family? I will be married for 9 years in Oct 2025. 😃 We have 3 beautiful girls (Luzé 6 years, Izé 4 years & Zelné 6 months). I love spending time with my family. We live in Centurion & I do not see us moving any time soon - we are very happy here!
