Vacancy: Admitted Attorney - Litigation in Klerksdorp with effect from the 01 February 2026

Salary: Negotiable and depend on experience

We have a vacancy for an Admitted Attorney with experience in the General Litigation (High Court, Regional Court and Magistrate Court), Family Law, Labour Law and Administration of Deceased Estates. Experience in the Forensic and Misconduct Investigation will be an added advantage.

Requirements

- LLB Degree

- Admission as Attorney

- Right of Appearance in the High Court (Compulsory)

- Valid Drivers License (Compulsory)

- Own Motor Vehicle

- Computer Literate

- Two to Three years post admission experience

In addition to the above the successful candidate must be willing to travel across the North West Province and other parts of the Country, willing to work after hours or overtime, be able to multitask, give guidance to Candidate Attorneys and have strong administrative skills.

• Presentable and professional individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Completed LLB Degree
• Valid Drivers License
• Availability 04 September 2023

Duties;

• General Candidate Attorney Duties, coupled with General Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Corporate Law, Labour Law, Debt Collection, Family Law etc
• Consultations with clients
• Drafting of Legal Documents e.g Contracts, Court Papers etc
• Account / Report to client from time to time
