We have introduced a few measures to reduce the time spent in the waiting room, and thereby limiting Covid exposure risk. Consultations are now separated further apart and the data capture forms are emailed to patients prior to their consultations. The goal is to have patients walk straight through the waiting area into my office. If there is a delay for whatever reason, we have a couple of chairs outside the rooms that are cleaned regularly.
