I offer a unique body, mind and spirit approach to understand and transform the underlying psychological patterns (beliefs, habitual responses and coping mechanisms) that create an overly sensitive stress response, physical imbalance and fatigue. If you do not change how you habitually respond to and do life, because you don't know better, then you will continue to experience fatigue, no matter how many supplements or dietary changes you depend upon.

Two cars. Both broken. At the same time. 🚗💔🚗And my first thought? "This is terrible! Everything's falling apart! Even....This must mean I've failed somehow!"

Can you relate?

Here's what I've learned: My "gift" for seeing patterns and analysing everything has been both a superpower in my work... and secretly draining my vitality.

In this week's podcast episode, I'm getting vulnerable about:
-Why hypervigilance feels productive but exhausts you
-How catastrophizing creates the stress response that depletes
your energy
-The two questions that stop the spiral
- Practical tools to orient yourself to safety in the present moment

If you're doing "all the right things" but you're still exhausted, this one's for you.

Your nervous system—not your circumstances—might be the real issue...

Sharing is caring - tag someone who needs to hear this!

When both my cars stopped working on the same day, that familiar voice started: "This is terrible! Everything's falling apart! But this time, I caught it.In ...

There was a time when I could barely get off the couch. I was burnt out, depleted and chronically exhausted.

Before that? I was cycling regularly, running, playing competitive squash, building my therapy practice, partying hard… always pushing, striving for perfection and needing to be in control of it all.

Yesterday, I completed a 10km race with a friend (with some walking and talking too!). In 2023, I finished a 4-day hike — happily arriving last at camp each day, having soaked in the scenery and the deep conversations.

BALANCE

I’ve stopped tying my worth to constant achievement. My goals now are simple, pleasurable, sustainable.

And today, on the Equinox, day and night are perfectly balanced. A reminder of how much we need both:
- Masculine (yang): action, productivity, control. knowing
- Feminine (yin): intuition, emotions, rest, surrender

Our society glorifies the masculine and neglects the feminine — and burnout is the cost.

This Equinox, pause and ask yourself:
-How much feminine energy is in my life?
- What’s my relationship with rest, emotions, creativity, and surrender?
- Can I ground myself, even for a moment, and let the earth hold me? How does that feel?

Because balance isn’t just seasonal. It’s essential.

Have you tried to find balance but just can't maintain it?

Take my 5 minute quiz to understand the link between this dominant masculine energy, personality characteristics, nervous system balance and chronic fatigue.

Last year I was diagnosed with ADHD.

I had always felt different, not enough, too much, and many things I couldn’t explain, but it helped make sense of so much. It was such a relief to finally embrace all of me with this compassionate understanding. (Perhaps you, too, have carried these unexplained feelings, searching for clarity?)

Mostly, it helped me realise something HUGE – I’d always known and shared that chronic fatigue and burnout are often caused by masking and holding all of our S*^t together (unconscious adaptations that sap our energy and come along with a dysregulated nervous system).

But what I hadn't fully grasped was the sheer number of clients (and myself included) who were masking specifically because of neurodivergence – a silent drain on their very life force.

What about you? Can you relate?

Are you neurodivergent or feel you might be, and you struggle with constantly feeling exhausted?

The struggle is real, but here's the powerful truth: the pathway to genuine vitality, tailored to your unique neurodivergent self, can be real too.

Take my 5 min quiz to learn more about the connection between mind and body, psychology and burnout and the connection to the nervous system. This is often the missing link to overcome years of being stuck in exhaustion

Are you battling with burnout and chronic fatigue, and suspect you might be neurodivergent?

Yes, it’s incredibly common for neurodivergent individuals to experience burnout while trying to copy and paste their lives to match those of the dominant, neurotypical world AND this struggle often leads to a deeper, more profound cost.

Because in this struggle, you're not just burning out – you're unintentionally depriving the world, and yourself, of the extraordinary gifts that come with neurodivergence. Imagine the impact that can be made with deep empathy, emotional intelligence, unique pattern recognition, exceptional creativity, and bold risk-taking.

These are only some of the neurodivergent qualities that forge powerful leaders, changemakers, and entrepreneurs.

What if your chronic fatigue and burnout is simply a powerful message from your body telling you that you're not living in alignment with your nervous system and your truth?
What would it be like to learn how to living in alignment that so that can you truly thrive?

From Asleep to My Truth

I’ve had a profound journey, which continues still, from being deeply disconnected to finally experiencing the joy of expressing my truth and standing in my power. This has taken me through the depths of depression, the angst of worry and anxiety and the obstacles of Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome.

Even becoming a psychologist was an attempt to be in control and to feel safe. Eventually, through a number of circumstances I was forced to face the fact that I cannot control my life through intellectually constructed coping mechanisms, disconnecting defences and various distractions.

In 2017 I reached a turning point in truly letting go - deconstructing the false self I had very carefully put together as a child. I had slowly begun to dissect this as a young adult and continued over the years. However, in 2017 the ‘powers that be’ obviously decided I was ready and everything came to a head to ensure I took the big step of really letting go.
