Our mind is stuck unless it transcends the duality that limits it, the frequency of the Ninth Wave can be understood to be assisting our mind to transcend duality and live heart centered in unity consciousness. The Ninth Wave Universal Timing Frequency is felt as Divine energy that moves our awareness in a Serpent-like Wave motion from 18 days of a new rising “Light”, felt as "Day Time" which brings new opening with new Divine Cosmic information, to 18 days of “Dark”, felt as "Night Time" which brings a lull, a time of rest and healing and the application and processing of the new information received from the 18 days of the "Day Time" cycle. Like we have an in-breath and an out-breath, these Universal Waves could be seen as having an 18 day long in-breathe and an 18 day long out-breathe that last 36 days. In the in-breath time can be understood to EXPAND, in the out-breath it CONTRACTS. This expanding and contracting energy can be understood in a Medicine Wheel round of 4 directions each 9 days long, totalling a 36 day cycle of movement in a clockwise direction. The first 9 days the Sun rises in the east, the energies start to expand, the second 9 days the Sun reaches its highest position in the south, the expansion is at its strongest, the third 9 days the Sun sets in the west, the energies start to contract, the forth 9 days the Sun reaches its lowest position in the north, the contraction is at its strongest. In this 36 day cycle of the Ninth Wave time moves through the 260 Day Tzolkin, where it intersect has a bearing on consciousness, this also serves to spiral and evolve time to transcend duality and go through ever changing experiences. What happens after the end date of the Mayan calendar is important to contemplate. Nothing is set in "Stone" after the end date of the 9 Level Mayan calendar, what will happen is unknown, but yet we have our destiny in our hands. All we know is that Bolon Yookte has manifested as the 9 Cosmic “Lords of Divine Time" that rule over all life. It is important to understand that because each level has completed its cycles through the 13 Heavens as 7 Days and 6 Nights, only now that the Mayan calendar is complete can these "Lords of Divine Time" do the original work of bringing this world into a pure, true and flawless resonance with itself. This to me means we will go through a lot of karmic rebalancing over the times to come, how long it will take to heal the imbalance in our karma is up to us. We need to implement sacred spiritual practices and process what we need to cleanse within our SOUL. The "Cosmic Shift of Time" is allowing for one to trust to let go of all we are try to hold on to. On the FULL MOON, Completes, releases… 4-Water

Within this sacred 13-day passage of time, through which we now walk upon the Fourth Day, the ancient intention of 1-Keme / Death breathes its quiet wisdom across the unseen realms.

This is a cycle of holy transformation — a threshold where endings become blessings, where the old self gently bows and dissolves into the eternal mystery. It is the season of rebirth, renewal, and profound change, where what has completed its purpose must be lovingly released, so that the new may rise in its rightful place.

Something within the soul is being called to die gracefully — an old pattern, a former identity, a fading story, a wound long carried — so that space may be made for the next becoming. The Universe whispers: gather the loose threads, close the unfinished circles, and bring all things into completion.

And on this day, 1 April, we stand in the vibration of 4-Water / Muluc.

The sacred number 4 lays the foundation stone, weaving stability, form, and grounding into the shifting tides of change. It is the still point within movement, the temple pillars that hold the heavens and the Earth in balance.

Water / Muluc arrives as the holy offering — the river of giving and returning, the blessing of surrender, the remembrance that all life flows in reciprocity. It teaches us to pour ourselves back into the Divine Source from which we came, and to honour the sacred exchange between spirit and form.

Today invites the heart to awaken to the vast complexity and exquisite diversity of the Divine unfolding — to witness how every ending is woven into a greater beginning, and how every drop returns to the infinite ocean of becoming.
This is a day to offer your prayers into the waters, to release what no longer belongs to your path, and to trust that from every sacred ending, new life is already stirring beneath the surface.

Trecena 29 March to 10 April, & the 9th Wave "Night Cycle"

The Tzolkin 13 day Trecena of 1 Keme/Death: A Sacred Journey of Transformation, Release, and Equality.

The Trecena begins with 1-Keme, the sacred symbol of death and transformation. Rather than representing an ending in the ordinary sense, this energy speaks of renewal, surrender, forgiveness, inner strength, discipline, and self-realization. It teaches the power of remaining fully present in the moment, understanding that every ending opens the doorway to a new beginning.

Each transformation is another ascent up the sacred pyramid of consciousness, bringing us closer to our soul’s authentic destiny.

In the Mayan tradition, Keme was regarded as a fortunate day sign. It was honored not as a symbol of physical death, but as a powerful sign of rebirth through transformation. Within the Popol Vuh, the Hero Twins descend into the Underworld where they confront the Lords of Death in a sacred ballgame. Though they are deceived, overcome, and lose their lives, they ultimately transcend through transformation and are reborn. Their victory symbolizes the profound truth that wisdom is born through trials, surrender, and renewal.

For this reason, the Maya saw Keme as a blessed energy — a sacred opportunity for transformation that leads to higher awareness.

In ancient understanding, death was also associated with the North, the direction of the Ancestors. This direction represented ancestral wisdom, guidance, and spiritual inheritance. Seeking counsel from those who came before was central to Mayan ritual life.

As Kenneth Johnson writes in Jaguar Wisdom:
“In the day-sign Death, we become one with those who went before us, and we partake of their wisdom.”

This sacred energy is linked to the crown chakra, the spiritual gateway through which enlightenment and ancestral knowledge enter consciousness. Through Keme, we are invited to receive insight from both the spiritual realm and the deep memory carried within our own being.

20 March – 6 April 2026

An 18-Day Passage into Inner Light and Transformation

On 19 March 2026, the 9th Wave of universal consciousness turned from DAY into NIGHT.

Energetically, it is as though the Sun has set upon the outer world, and the inner heavens now begin to glow.

For the next 18 sacred days, from 20 March to 6 April, consciousness is drawn inward — into the temple of the soul — where reflection, healing, rest, and dreaming become the language of transformation.

This is not a time to force movement, but to listen deeply within.
To rest in the silence.
To allow the unseen to speak.

Within the 260-day Tzolkin, moving in perfect harmony with the 9th Wave, we entered a 9-day cycle from the West beginning on 20 March with 5-Earth — grounding us in the wisdom of the living Earth and the deeper pulse of creation.

Then, from 29 March to 6 April 2026, the final 9 days of the 36-day Medicine Wheel cycle (4 x 9) move from North to East, beginning with 1-Keme / Death.

This is the sacred gateway of endings and beginnings.
A passage of surrender.
A shedding of old skins.

Before this, on 16 March 2026, a new 13-day cycle opened with 1-Reed — a current of energy devoted to reordering life, restoring balance, regenerating the self, and stepping fully into personal sovereignty.

When the clockwise current of the 9th Wave is observed alongside the anti-clockwise movement of the 260-day Tzolkin, their interweaving reveals the hidden currents moving beneath the surface of collective and personal consciousness.

These cycles are not separate — they are threads in the same cosmic tapestry.

Now, as we journey through these 18 days of NIGHT within the influence of 1-Reed, powerful change is being seeded.

Praying for PEACE, today 26 March is 11-Night/Akabal, 11 facilitates change, it is clarity for potential resolve and it’s flowering of these 13 days and … Akabal is the balance of light and dark, it’s the dawn, it’s recreation of unity and dampened worldly ambition… and today is the 11th day of a 13 day cycle of 1-Reed, a time of regenerating, reorganising and taking charge …then in the next 13 days that starts with 1-Death on 29 March it is all about transformation and rebirth, the bird associated is the Owl, it’s a time of great change, in order for this to happen certain things will need to be embraced, the heart, surrender, forgiveness discipline fortitude, self actualisation. Transforming offers new begins, it’s a time of tying loose ends, it’s time to be wise and mature to the current circumstances. The South Gate of Peace...

In 2002 the South Gate of Peace was activated near Cape Town, in a Medicine Wheel ceremony

We came to planet earth to help with the creation of the greatest miracle, World Peace... therefore the contrasting conditions were created in order for us to feel, see and know the ultimate limits that the earth holds... This limit is earth's greatest density, her iron Nucleus.

Iron, being the most stable element of the universe, its very center can not be reached like we can with hydrogen or uranium. The only way for the deep pe*******on is by following iron's energy flow... that connects the inner with the outer. This energy we know as magnetism...

Thus, by having the same iron nucleus as ours, we can be in synchronicity with planet earth.

Moreover, by this magnetism we can feel... So, wherever this iron nucleus is carried throughout our body, by the blood, we can feel by, with and for the earth... And, where the blood is most centered and flowing, the Heart, we can feel with the greatest sensitivity. This ultimate feeling is the power of love and that's why Heart and Love share the same symbol. This ultimate limit, iron, of the physical realm of Great Mystery... we can only pierce through with LOVE...

On a collective scale, with the union of hearts, we can go beyond earths physical context and consequently make freedom a physical reality. This liberation goes along with World Peace...

The condition for letting the ultimate limit emerge required humanity to be basically divided into four directions (north/south,east/west) of which each pole correlates with an element and race... East is air and yellow race, South is water and black race, West is earth and red race, and North is fire and white race...

The North and the south are naturally fixed, but the east and west became artificially fixed and became known as Orient and Occident. On the horizontal plane, east-west, earth's magnetism is most influencing and with these extremes, east and west, the differentiating energies could come to the very extreme with the release of nuclear energy by the extreme west (USA) on the extreme east (Japan). This was the Turning Point and warning of the Hopi for Humanity to return to the Oneness...

Since then the 'Middle East Crisis' increased, because it is here where the east and the west must be liberated from the fixation. With the union of the water and fire elements, east and west can be liberated from the bo***ge, for the vertical union will become the unifying catalyst for the east and west...

Mrs Dumas and the late Oupa Kerrick are half Sotho and half San Bushmen people of the Drakensberg who's San Bushmen ancestors painted the ancient cave paintings in the mountains of the Drakensberg. I was introduced to Oupa (Grandfather) Kerrick by Gary Trower who has been my inspiration regards to the interpretations of Bushmen Rock Art...

Kerrick was a powerful Medicine Man, calling the rain spirits, I had the privilege of being in his presence where he told me lots of sacred things and among this was the fact that his Grand Father was an artist who painted on the rocks in the caves of the Drakensberg and we can now view these ancient sacred depictions of life...

Kerrick Passed away and joined the Rainbow on the 24th December 2007... bless his eternal soul... he lived passed 110 years of age... I Love you Grandfather Kerrick..

Today is 1-Reed the 16th of March 2026

{Apologies for the delayed posting... we've had some sickness in the family and that has set us back on our various projects. Everyone is well now thankfully!)

Welcome to the Trecena of Ben!

Ben, or Aj in K’iche’ Maya, symbolizes the guiding light of family and home, and the tenderness and innocence of small children. It represents sugar cane, corn and the growth, health and abundance of offspring, seeds and crops in general; renewal and restoration; stability, strength and solidity; and resoluteness of character. It watches over professions, vocations and trades, and symbolizes the staff of authority and power.

As the nagual of the home and children, Ben has a strong connection with the nourishment, renewal, and flourishing of all things related to home and household—be it human, plant or animal. In short, Ben embodies the energy and vitality of life itself.

The conquest of the Americas in the 15th century, the Industrial Revolution in the 18th and 19th centuries, and globalization in our current lifetime, have all driven the expansion of minds and markets, of course too often at the cost of lives, livelihoods, and at times entire cultures. The result of all that upheaval is that we can live, work, and travel virtually anywhere we like. We can enjoy food from all over the world in our own homes or down the street, listen to music of any genre or culture delivered instantly to our desktop for mere pennies, talk to friends and relatives no matter where they are in the world, and hold virtual meetings in multiple time zones simultaneously. We call ourselves “global citizens” and find it perfectly normal to move every so often to other cities, states or even other countries. It’s all part of modern living.

But where is home? Is it where we live physically now, or is it where we grew up or where we end up retiring? Perhaps a more appropriate question is, what is home? The specific definition of “home” depends on the culture and/or faith you’ve grown up with, but in its full essence and meaning, home is your onion. At its core, it’s that place deep inside your soul that’s the source of your inner happiness and stability, the little fire that gives you direction in life. Once you’ve got it, no one can take it away from you. Your house can burn down, your city can be destroyed in an earthquake, everything can be taken away from you, but your inner home is unassailable.

In the times we are living in now, with war, surveillance, and climate and economic crises disrupting physical life, work, and mental health, we need to protect our inner homes more than perhaps ever in many decades.

March 16: 1 Ben/Aj
Start Ben’s trecena with a small personal ceremony or morning meditation to offer your thanks and gratitude for your home, your family, and especially your children if you’re a parent. Nurture an atmosphere of tranquility, contentment and joy in your home, so that you and your family may have a sacred sanctuary to protect you from the stresses of the external world.

March 17: 2 Ix/I'x
No matter how far you travel or how long you’re away, remember your inner home is always where the soul is. Nurture that inner peace and vitality that will harmonize all of your external worlds. If you can embrace this duality, your life will be made whole.

March 18: 3 Men/Tz'ikin
Let the Eagle lift you up from any doubts or fears you may be feeling about your life, and fly straight into the face of your personal challenges. ‘Tis a heady flight, fraught with gusting tempers, ego extremes and malfunctioning arguments. But take heart! Sooner or later even the mightiest of eagles must come home to their nests and recoup their energy and stamina.

March 19: 4 Cib/Ajmaq
The souls of our ancestors and those of our future children live in the same place: the deep dark blue night of potential past and future. Yet they both have a profound influence over our lives—one calling in from the past to share wisdom and advice, the other from the future, admonishing us to make the right choices in the present.

March 20: 5 Caban/No'j
Dedicate your mental faculties to your home today. Think about the way you run the household; how can you become more efficient and effective so you have more personal time? Your home should feel and look like not just a home, but **your** home.

March 21: 6 Etznab/Tijax
Whatever ails you or your loved ones, today’s energies give you a rock-solid foundation to stand on and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for healing. This doesn’t mean we should pamper or pity those who need our help, as Etznab teaches us. As long as you have the security of your own stable inner core, you’ll be able to handle the truth.

March 22: 7 Cauac/Kawoq
It’s often in the midst of a rainstorm that you find the greatest inner peace, or that insight or inspiration you were looking for... for rainstorms wash away everything but the source. Time to take care of the home front today—literally and figuratively. Lahun helps you nurture the bonds and relationships among your family members, while Ik’ enables you to cleanse and purify any resentments or recent quarrels, refreshing our relations with new perspectives.

March 26: 11 Akb'al/Aq'ab'al
Nurture your inner home, the hearth of your soul. This is where the source of your power lies, the core of your life’s purpose. If you have children, take a little time to talk to them about the sacred seeds of potential they hold within them. Tell them how important it is to never to give up on their own promise.

March 27: 12 Kan/K'at
Today, express gratitude for those aspects and elements of your life you have been able to enrich, evolve or enlighten during this trecena, the oppressive patterns of the past you have been able to break, and new seeds you have been able to plant.

March 28: 13 Chicchan/Kan
Today is one of the most powerful days in the Tzolk’in. Oxlahun, the most profound and mystical number of the calendar, intertwines its intense psychic energies with the resplendent inner fire of Chicchan, one of the most profound and mystical day signs of the calendar. This is the day to nourish your koyopa, your kundalini, the vital energy coursing through your mind, body and soul.
