Our Story

Relaxation is key to overall well-being. Living life to the full in a balanced way can bring harmony within and to those around you. Finding an exercise form you enjoy and that is kind to the whole body (inside and out), bring in the mental focus whereby your mind can have a clarity, makes for one special kind of investment you can do for yourself. We invested in learning the ancient art of Tai Chi Chuan and would love to share this incredible artform with you. Whether you are a healthy active being, a person afraid of falling, a person needing post-operative gentle movement, or a person who is re-introducing exercise to their lifestyle, we can tailor-make the sessions for you.

Then there is the healing modality of touch. Massage techniques can assist relaxation, increase circulation, and as I like to put it “iron things out to find more space for your beautiful being to live in” (inspired by Jim Rohn “Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live.”)
