Please note:

🕒 Year-End Closure: We will be closed from 19 December 2025 to 5 January 2026. During this time, we will not be available or contactable.

👶 Limited Services (5–12 January 2026): From 5–12 January, we will offer limited services, including Antenatal care, Family Planning, Immunisations, and consultations for children under 5 years.

💊 Chronic Patients: If you are on chronic medication, please collect your December medication before 17 December from Sr Schreuder.

💰 Price Adjustment: Please note, there will be a small price increase on certain services in the new year to ensure we continue providing quality care.

🕒 Jaar-eindsluiting: Ons praktyk sal gesluit wees van 19 Desember 2025 tot 5 Januarie 2026. Gedurende hierdie tyd sal ons nie beskikbaar of bereikbaar wees nie.

👶 Beperkte Dienste (5–12 Januarie 2026): Van 5–12 Januarie sal ons beperkte dienste aanbied, insluitend Antenatale sorg, Gesinsbeplanning, Immunisasies, en konsultasies vir kinders onder 5 jaar.

💊 Kroniese Pasiënte: Indien u kroniese medikasie gebruik, word u vriendelik versoek om u Desember-medikasie voor 17 Desember by Sr Schreuder af te haal.

💰 Prysaanpassing: Daar sal in die nuwe jaar ’n geringe prysverhoging wees op sekere diente om te verseker dat ons steeds gehalte sorg kan lewer.

Please note that our clinic will be closing tomorrow at 12:00 midday.

Sr. Schmidt will be on leave next week, which means we unfortunately won’t be able to offer immunisations during that time. All other services will continue as usual with Sr. Schreuder available to assist you.

If you already have an appointment booked for next week, your booking remains confirmed unless you hear from us directly.

On Saturday the 16th, Private Primary Healthcare Clinic hosted our very first "Mobile Clinic". We were invited by Wildschutsvlei Seedlings Educare Centre to do wellness checks for their little ones, and had the privilege of seeing and treating 11 children that morning.

We want to commend the dedicated mothers and guardians for keeping the children’s Road to Health books up to date and ensuring their immunisations are done on time. 👏 A heartfelt thank you also goes to the wonderful teachers and farm management for taking such an active interest in the health and wellbeing of their school and children. 🌟

🇿🇦 South Africa’s 2025 Flu Season Started Early – Get Vaccinated Now

🗓️ The flu season started on 24 March 2025, the earliest since 2010. While it may not be more severe, getting vaccinated now is crucial. 💉

✅ Key Points

🕒 It’s not too late! The vaccine takes about 2 weeks to become effective.

High-risk groups should get vaccinated ASAP:

- Pregnant women
- People living with HIV
- Individuals with chronic conditions (diabetes, lung/heart/kidney disease, TB, obesity)
- Adults aged 65+
- Children under 2 years
- Healthcare workers are urged to vaccinate to protect themselves and patients.

- Wash your hands often
- Cover coughs and sneezes with your elbow or tissue
