She didnt like it but I continued and said with respect I really cannot afford paying R2400.00 per month plus the meds as my medical aid only covers about 50% of my current meds that means it is costing me R2400 + R2600.00 I am not making this up. I was prescribed Vyvanse 50mg 2 pills per day total 100mg per day and Discovery the leading in my opinion medical aid scheme in South Africa had paid almost the entire amount for the first few months while I had savings but that still meant I had to pay R1600.00 and that was only for 1x box of Vyvanse 50mg 30 pills as medical aid usually pays the recommended haha monthly dose but you do not get Vyvanse 100mg so even during the best few months while savings existed they paid for half the Vyvanse ask anyone I mean any pharmacy what Vyvanse costs remember medicine prices are controlled in South Africa but often the larger national chains do not charge the most or the highest legal price plus the highest legal amount for dispensing. Remember beware as some pharmacies still keep within the legal prices but do everything possible to increase the price for example I never or hardly recieved the 2x Vyvanse 50mg together and after about 3 months I starting thinking it was weird they know mw and I have my script sent at least 1 day in advance when possible but they always only have one never 2 boxes in stock. After speaking to a genuine decent GP they suggested I get a friend to call after I had collected the one box and guess what the pharmacy said yes we have one full box of Vyvanse 50mg that is about 1 hour after I collected 1 box as I was told they forgot to order or whatever. The truth is they always had to my knowledge maybe once they did not but I proved they had the 2 nd box when I went to collect the meds but if they dispense again they can charge the extra dispensing fee as it a new dispensing fee when you collect the 2nd box. I am making it simple I mean I do not only take Vyvanse there are a few other chronic meds I have taken for over 10 years. Can you believe that before I understood not only how the dispensing works and the goverment controlled prices plus the dispensing I eventually figured out over only one year remember my medical aid is over R10 000.00 monthly so if they paid for 1x box of Vyvanse great about R1600.00 maybe including dispensing as mentioned epends on the pharmacy but beware of these pharmacies that often forget to order all the meds per script and you have to return the next day or even if they deliver one or 2 days later they can charge hundreds of Rands more per month. As I mentioned I am not a professional medical or pharmaceutical. I am only a patient so speak to the profesionals but if you feel funny I mean who cares if you just the patient if you feel something is wrong it usually is. You cannot always trust the pharmacy or medical profesional having said that I better explain. I mean most medical professionals are human and as humans not always and not to generalize but they are human and this is their business. If you do not mind yes sir no sir they will happily charge you R2400.00 per month just to collect the same a repeat script I didnt even go into her office for about 4-5 months I walked upstairs went to the reception collected my script and my medical aid was charge R2400.00 obviously they paid their limited amount so I lied I didnt pay exactly R2400.00 some times I paid slightly less but even if it is R1500.00 plus the R2600.00 that is over and above my medicine for the month as you understand when a new drug is launched the company has like a trademark I forget the name patent that is correct I think it lasts for about 5-10 years I may be out a few years but if you need that drug there are no generics a generic is not a cheap Chinese or Indian copy like a Chinese iPhone that cost 10% of the real iPhone but is obviously a copy made using the lowest cost components that exist its not the manufacturers brand they put the logo iPhone so its not going to get back to them its like having a re**rd child I dont really mean that I am just trying to make a point if you proud of your child give then 5 names talk about them on social media but if its not something you are proud of and may even come back and cause you problems I mean the cheap iPhone you use the cheapest componests sell as many as you can with the fake iPhone logo you dont even add your company name or anything that can ID you how do I know this I am not just making this up I have purchased iPhones from China ok I will tell the truth I was young and suppose am still stupid I had no idea the first time I ordered phones from China I thought I was going to get so rich the iphone cost like R15 000.00 in SA. I worked out the same new model I checked with the supplier who was not connected to the Chinese company who makes all the iPhones for Apple USA. Yes I was stupid when they arrived I was so excited I opened it it arrived I was so happy everything was great until I put the phone on. It went on but slowly I starte noticing things and then as much and I wanting them to be real I could no longer trick myself you know the feeling forst denial, then anger, then depression then denial again and anger again excuse my inaccurate or unprofessional stages of grief as I said I am only a patient so please do not take anything I say as fact! This is very important I am not a profesional anything so please dont quote me or anything I am trying to protect you but I am also trying to protect myself! I do not want to be blamed if you import phones pay too much at a pharmacy or accuse your GP of being a crook! Please check everything I may say with the relevant professional. I use to know the site I went to that has all the medicine prices in South Africa I mean every single drug (medicine) available in South Africa plus if there is a generic plus it provides the highest and lowest prices for the medicine I mean the highest amount any pharmacy is legally allowed to charge for any medicine plus the amount they can charge for dispensing, plus it also gives you the generic for every drug that is subject to a generic being available. As mentioned new drugs have patents so companies can basically charge whatever they like until the patent expires then any other company can create a generic my point I was trying to make is a generic does not mean a cheap copy like the copy phone often people think the generic may be far inferoir like the copy iPhone in the phone egample it is true it had nothing apple no OS it was like those phones long before apple or Android but not nearlt as good. Get the idea it was worth or it must have cost $3.00 and was sold for $90.00 thus it sounds cheap but in China phones like Blackview the worst example I ever purchased as bad as the copy iPhone even the manufacturer claims its a middle to lower income phone it may look fancy with fancy photos and IP68 but it is not even an IP 60 I cannot remember the IP6 means something like water resitant the 8 means something else this was years ago but I learned the chinese IP listing and the real IP listing in the EU are very differant even if it was a genuine IP68 in China that does not mean it can go under water for 12 minutes to a depth of 12 metres or whatever. The Chinese good example is the phone I tried to import or one of them the most expensive model I put the kitchen tap on really slow drops of water I quickly put it face up a splash of water within 3 days the phone was completely dead the 1 year warranty from the seller disappeared now suddenly it was no guaranteed to be IP68 its true in hindsight because how can they offer a guarantee if every phone that gets wet in the rain will die and will have to be replaced. The problem is people new pwople who are as stupid as I was come across this phonme or the ciopy iPhone and keep making the same mistake I like to call it a business model that wors becuase the seller kbows every pgone will be returned so claim a warranty but as you buy it they change their tune no warranty if it gets wet just an example dont trust me go and buy one then tell me I am talking rubish about the copy iPhone the Blackview the worst rugged phone its not a rugged phone but they get clever and more clever the shape looks rugged the photos they China the manufactures who are not the real manufacturers most work out of a small room copy photos from the interet tell you how big their factory is. Trust me Russia and China do not work like the USA and the UK sure crooks live everywhere but products from Russia and China the crooks can be more crooked totally crooked and the government allows them as long as they making money or providing info the the governments. My only point here one last thing the camera whatever the claim is for the camera OK even USA UK phones those cameras on mobile phones they have a legal way or loophole I just like cameras. I have a Nikon full frame D750. I know a little about cameras. I will not explain this correctly I forgot it was years ago as mentioned but take a 35mm old spool the standard 35mm that is a decent camera not a happy snappy the bigger the surface the bigger the negative the higher the resolution so if you see a fancy looking DSLR camera that cost R8500.00 includes 2 lenses a bag and flash it is not a fantastic deal all it means is its a big camera but the equivalent to the 35mm in digital the pixels it is not a full frame assume that means 35mm if you using a spool old camera or digital but if you half the 35mm you may have seen those much more affordable cameras in the old days it had a much small spool it was actually a small plastic thing you put into the back of the camera that could be 15mm or whatever. If you taking a photo for the internet or you may print a few nothing wrong but if you compare it to a 35mm you will see the grain the 35mm is clearer you can enlarge it not only to A4 but A3 or bigger. The deph of field sure is affected by the f.stop for example f22 will give you a much clearer foreground and background but it also need more light so if you have low light you will usually need to use a lower f.stop say if you use f5.2 and you focus midrange on a person and the tree and flowers a little bit further back will be much more blurred than if you used f22. I am trying to remember all of this but I am not explaining my point sorry. My writing is terrible I know. I am trying to explain how it is possible not only Chinese phones to lie about the camera but also from other countries OK a given the Chinese lie completely! While Samsung and high street brand I mean origional products note nothing out of China purchased on Alibaba or many other sites if it says Nikon Canon iPhone these are 100% copies. Even if the genuine device is manufactured in china under license the sellers on Alibaba who will waste their time haggling over a few USD all of them cannot get access to genuine Nikon iPhone I cannot begin to explain the supply chain is 100 percent secure. The only time it may not be is for exaple just after Android was given haha by Google to the world. Every week 5 new Android brand were invented. I watched those closely if you lucky and learn my making mistakes you can get lucky and find a new brand that is not just new and works thats a given it happens occasionally for exaple in 3 years I found 2 brand. 1x I got the other one I had the trademark but MI.com Miui.com you may know it as Xiaomi I still believe the best affordable Android device on the planet. I dont have the patience to explain but it is a number of things for one the manufacturers if you can find the genuine manufacturer were all 30 something engineers wanting to create a global brand not just phones in other words most new brand were just you or me if you not an engineer actually really into the technolofy etc etc. trying to make a quick profit even if they manufacture they find a manufacture device and you only need to buy order 50 phones I swear I know becuase I have done it in China much fewer you can get any manufacturer wait of crap to brand their phone remember about the re**rd child now ask Xiaomi even when they started a tiny start-up say you will pay them for 100 or 500 phones you want your own brand etc they will not even give you the time of day that is the other problem the manufacturers that may make millions of low cost phones nothing magic will be happy to make you a new brand the same happens when you try get distribution rights the crap phones will say sure you sell my brand you pay me a few thousand dollar I make you your own brand we get rich OK sure. The other or the only one I really got at the time brand new no english gave me South Africa then I got all english speaking countries but they also promised other people after me the same thing they never had distrobution they got lucky but luckily I had the sense to register a trademark and renew it I sometimes struggle to get original devices as someone a Dutchman working for 2 brothers used to be arms dealers this Dutchman claimed he was with the SAPS murder and robbery squad until i found out that unit had closed down 7 years before. Then I found evidence he had lots of similar cases with the poilcie his wife worked for a propery selling houses he made business card pretending to be the owner of the company. He threatened to kill me if I evev sold another phone he only worked out after he tried a few duds that Runbo was the best at the time had a little magic not the Chinese version that's a cheap COPY but he was a freek had no idea how to use facebook but my PC was hacked 2 times my sisters healthy 3 year old dog was killed my entire family got death threats. I still have the original documents as he made a mistake during the few months before he started threatening tried to steal my company made mistakes like claimed he was a cop in writing I have all of this and he got so confident actually threatened to kill me and people on my Facebook. I registered these with the police as originals got a 3rd party to verify the pdf of google were original and now I am waiting for him to try again. As soon as he does I take a criminal and covil case at the same time then i didnt know how it works. But what saved me as he finally realized all the other Chinese brands including the yellow Cat you know the CAT sold in Vodacom I knew the sellers my competitors but I finally found the manufacturer it was made by a huge company without a brand a no name manufacturer and they managed to get the CAT company name gave them a equity etc. That gave it legs it was not the worse phone but average to below average dont believe me why did Vodacome stop selling them! HaHa told you. I was negotiating with the manufacturer but they didnt compare to the genuine EU Runbo so as I said I was out smarted with the Xiaomi even with the trademark MIUI I still have it these bloody arms dealers who already had Apple South Africa every single Apple phone in Southern Africa but SA is a tiny market everything being equal but still Xiaomi was worth more money thus they went to lenghs stole my domain got Web4Africa I forgot the other company tosteal their own clients miui.coza domain still registered in my name plus the trademark registered once you have a registered trademark even if you have it for 10 years and you still selling even one deice a month anyone who tried to get the TM steal it will get as far as 3 months before issue then its gets published in the goverment gazatte and the first thing we should do is kill all the lawyers. Like this animals not jackals those ugly ones that steal other animal prey too lazy to hunt themselves lawyers go and contact all the existing tm holders becuase they know a legal battle will follow but the thing is the individual or company that founded the brand thatr had sold so many or just has got the mark once the chances are like 99.99% will beat anyone but the lawyers will say yes you will get it before you know the poor slob has paid thousands of Rands. I mean 10 of 1000,s as the mar cost me R11 000.00 about 8 years ago it took over 2-3 years they really have a good TM registrar in Pretoria or they use to. They check everything. Imagine 3 years without even one other clain no one even tried to appose me luckily if I only filed after I met the dutchman a real crook before I knew all the evidence may have lost it genuinly lost it but when I met him and helped him before I knew he was a criminal from Pretoria who had about 8 similar cases I cannot wait for him to try take it all the 3rd party documents will be presented to the register plus the police and legal team as if I win I bet I do the loser has to pay all my expenses that will put him in the in court pity they dont have debtors court a crimnal case. But only the criminal case is important as I want to locked up getting in declared insolvent will only add to the problem he has fighting a criminal case imagine fighting to keep yourself out of prison without money you see first the civil win once he is declared insolvent every decent layer knows he will never get paid then imagine the Dutchman with a court appointed lawyer haha they don't even have enough builders, teachers doctors think lawyers and in the moviesque see great attorneys fighting for free that is only in the movies or if you famous and will get a lot of publicity but bankrupt you got like n chance you go to prison just on impersonating an officer and more than one genuine death threats plus my sisters dog the forms from the vet etc. No chance. With a Dutchman in the old SA maybe lucky but with a great ANC judge wow wow wow no chance revenge. Back to cameras using software you can find a loop whole say claim a phone is 30mp when it is actually 2 or 3 MP its something with the software. So compare a 30MP mobile phone even top brand a chinese 20MP is about a genuine 0.4MP. I kid you not. Compare even an iPhone to a full frame 30mp. I can show you know my full frame is only 23 or 24MP but you cannot believe the clarity you can enlarge it to poster size. One image on high power is about 70MP if you opem in coraldraw it would be about 30 000px x 60 000px crazy I stand to correction a guess these figures may be wrong but trying to give you an idea while the iPhone 20mp takes a nice photo but on highest resolution it may be 12000px but if you zoom 50% you already loose depth blurred while the full frame for easy understanding think of a 35mm full frame compared to a 10mm but then you do not have the software legal loophole so even if you get the app find a few good ones you load it it will tell you the truth the true specs of any device. The Blackview I loaded dit the 20MP was I kid you not 0.7MP that was the main camera not the small self camera. you have been warned.
